Serial HU of not multiplexed models works on multiplexed ones?

Well, I have Clarion RD1 in my 206CC 07/2001 (not multiplexed) and I,m going to sell it before buying my new HU...I found a guy interested at it, but it has a new 206, and I think multiplexed because of a 6-functions stalk and because with his radio-cassette, infos are visualized directly on the dash display...do you think Clarion RD1 will fit in its 206 and works with that stalk (mine has only 4 functions) or not?

Hi Icestorm,

The Radio will fit to 2002 model. The 2001 RD1 has a different design of the front panel, you have to cut some plastic on the back of the front panel.

The radio lever (stalk) from 2002 will not fit to the RD1.

My RD1 is working in my girlfriends 206 (2002 multiplex) without the lever and without console display function.
